Dispatch of goods is arranged via Australia Registered Post or Australia Express Post for guaranteed next day delivery (for orders placed before 4pm AEST, excluding weekends) to major metropolitan areas! We charge a flate rate $5.95 shipping fee via Registered Post or $8.75 via Express Post Australia wide for any number of order items, which is the lowest price for the fastest delivery on the market.

RETURNS POLICY
Crazy Shopping Australia offers our customers a 14 day Return & Refund guarantee on all purchases which specifically and exclusively means that if you notify Crazyshopping.com.au about a defective / DOA (dead on arrival) product which you have purchased from Crazy Shopping Australia within 14 days of receiving the product, Crazy Shopping Australia will process your refund request as expeditiously as possible according to Crazy Shopping Australia’s internal processing procedures.
To be eligible for Refund & Return customers must meet the listed requirements below.
• Consumers must notify Crazy Shopping Australia within 14 days of receiving the product
• Invoice Number for proof of purchase must be provided
• The full product package must be return in its original state. (including installation CD, user manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories)
• Original Box including the barcode sticker on the box
• Products must not be defected or damaged

Shipping Charges
Crazyshopping.com.au will cover the shipping cost of the returned item if the wrong item was sent to the customer.
Shipping charges on returned items are the customer's responsibility. Crazy Shopping will match the shipping method and pay for shipping on replacement or exchange item(s). Crazyshopping.com.au will not cover for shipping for non-faulty or non-defective items.
Cancellation Charges
A Cancellation Charge of $15 will be applied to orders that have been cancelled 24 hours after the order has been placed and processed. This charge may be waived on the conditions of the order and assessment by us.
Defective Goods Policy
DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to Crazyshopping.com.au within 30 days from the invoice date, at Crazy Shopping Australia discretion for credit, replacement, exchange or repair.
Refunds or exchanges are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods. Refunds or exchanges do not include original shipping and handling charges.
Non-Defective Goods Policy
Although Crazy Shopping Australia is not liable to provide refund or credit note if the customer simply changes their mind, we will accept returns within 14 days from the invoice date.
Please note 20% restocking fee will be applied to any non-defective products.
Original shipping charges are NOT refunded on returned items.
Crazy Shopping Australia reserves the right to authorise product returns beyond 14 days from the invoice date.
