These terms and conditions (polices) below apply to all your purchases from Crazyshopping.com.au. They can contain very important information about your legal rights and obligations, including legal limitations and exclusions that apply to you. By accepting delivery of any product delivered from Crazyshopping (“Crazyshopping.com.au”), you (“Customer / Consumer”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and Crazyshopping.com.au agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and Crazyshopping.com.au. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from Crazyshopping.com.au.
Crazyshopping Refund, Return & Warranty Policy
Crazyshopping.com.au offers our customers a 14 day Return & Refund guarantee on all purchases which specifically and exclusively means that if you notify Crazyshopping.com.au about a defective / DOA (dead on arrival) product which you have purchased from Crazyshopping.com.au within 14 days of receiving the product, Crazyshopping.com.au will process your refund request as expeditiously as possible according to Crazyshopping.com.au’s internal processing procedures.
RA Processing Time
The time frame for processing any Return, Refund & Warranty request will vary considerably according to the manufacturer & type of product. The processing time can be more than 7 days from the date of the RA request. If you notify Crazyshopping.com.au after 14 days of receiving the product, Crazyshopping.com.au Return & Refund guarantee policy will not apply. Instead in this case, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty, repair & replacement under the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty.
Eligible for Refund & Return
To be eligible for Refund & Return consumers must meet the listed requirements below.
• Consumers must notify Crazyshopping.com.au within 14 days of receiving the product
• Consumers must follow Crazyshopping.com.au “Product Return Procedure”
• Invoice Number for proof of purchase must be provided
• The full product package must be return in its original state. (including installation CD, User Manuals, Accessories)
• Original Box including the barcode sticker on the box
• The product must be re-sellable condition
• Products must not be defected or damaged
• Please note 15% restocking fee will be applied to any non-defective products
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Crazyshopping do not accept Refund, Returns & Credit based on software and hardware incompatibility or unsuitable goods. Please select your good carefully or ask for our advice in writing before purchasing.
• Crazyshopping are entitled to not refund & return if consumers change their mind about a product.
How will I receive my refund?
Any refund will be given to the consumer in the same form that the consumer used to purchase the item. If consumers buy on credit, they are entitled to a credit refund. If they use cash then they are entitled to a cash refund. Please note refunds can take up to 10 business days to process.
Returning goods to Crazyshopping - who’s responsible?
Consumers will be solely responsible for returning the goods to Crazyshopping for Return, Refund & Warranty. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Please read “Product Return Procedure” for more information. Please note any product return for faulty issues will incur a return shipping charge if the product’s have no faults at all.
Defective, Discontinued Items, Open-Box
Please contact the manufacturer directly for any defective or malfunction. Manufacturer information is printed on the packaging or user manual. Feel free to email or call us for support.
Non-Returnable where indicated.
All warranty issues are stated inside the packaging or manual.
Crazyshopping do not offer instant replacement or advance replacement. We try our best to speed up the process of warranty returns provided all products returned are meeting the warranty terms and conditions.
Product Return Procedure:
• To return a product based upon Crazyshopping.com.au’s Return, Refund & Warranty guarantee, you must submit a Return Authority. Please email to: support@crazyshopping.com.au. Crazyshopping.com.au will not accept returns without prior authorization
• Once issued, RA numbers are valid for 14 days within which return products must be received by Crazyshopping.com.au. RA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product and the barcode sticker.

Warranties
All goods sold by Crazy Shopping Australia come with an one-year back to base manufacturer warranty. Crazy Shopping Australia is responsible for the handling of most items warranty processes.
All goods sold by Crazy Shopping Australia also covered by each manufacturer’s warranty, service, and support policy (if any). Crazyshopping.com.au assigns and passes through to the Customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and Customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only as against the manufacturer of the products.
Please contact the manufacturer directly after one year of purchase for any defective or malfunction. Manufacturer information is printed on the packaging or user manual. Feel free to email or call us for support. We will try our best to speed up the process of warranty returns provided all products returned are meeting the warranty terms and conditions. Warranties generally can take from 5 - 10 business days or more.

Crazyshopping.com.au DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO ANY SUCH PRODUCT, INCLUDING AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM STATUTE, TRADE USAGE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
Payment Terms
Orders: An order is not binding upon Crazyshopping.com.au until it is accepted & approved by Crazyshopping.com.au; Crazyshopping.com.au must receive payment before it will accept, approve & process an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment & back orders (pre-order).

Price Protection
Our website is updated frequently to ensure that you’ll view the latest products and correct pricing available, and that you receive all of the latest savings. At the time you make a purchase you agree to the listed price and that price are subject to change in some circumstances.
We are unable to make a price adjustment after an order has been shipped. However, if you notify Crazyshopping.com.au prior to the shipment of your order, we would be happy to make the price adjustment for you. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between Crazyshopping.com.au and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales or as defined by the Fair Trading Act, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. The Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, and equity or otherwise, against Crazyshopping.com.au that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.
Severability
If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable law.
Waiver
The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party’s right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with the Crazyshopping.com.au’s invoice respecting the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between Crazyshopping.com.au and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between Crazyshopping.com.au and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
Limitation of Liability
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES Crazyshopping.com.au MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. Crazyshopping.com.au SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNIFY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. Crazyshopping.com.au SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT Crazyshopping.com.au IS APPRIASED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.
